Cabbage Stir Fry with Hamburger

Yield: 1 serving

Ingredients:

• 8 ounces hamburger
• 6 ounces cabbage, chopped
• 6 green onions, chopped
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 2 tablespoons oil
• 2 teaspoons sesame oil
• 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
• 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
• Salt
• Pepper

Directions:

1. Heat the oil and 1 teaspoon sesame oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the hamburger, cabbage, onion, garlic, ginger, salt and pepper and cook.
3. Stir in the remaining sesame oil and rice vinegar.
